If I drink superfood lady, can I still take the weight management drink COF?

Superfood+ Lady can be taken with COF to boost your weight management regime. However, we advise you to take COF after an oily meal like dinner or a hawker lunch instead of a meal that's replaced by Superfood+ Lady. That's because COF is meant to absorb and prevent the oils in your diet from being used by your body. Hope that helps!

Great nutritious drink packed with lots of goodness! Tastes nice!

Tasty, nutritious

I ordered 6 cans, packed and delivered within a few days. Although it is branded as 'lady' I think guys who have a sweeter tooth may find it nice to drink. I usually mix 1 scoop of this and 1 scoop of the original variant so that it isn't overly sweet. Best of both worlds, I think.
Highly recommend, especially if you seldom eat fruits & veggies like myself.
