DELIVERY & COLLECTION UPDATES
Due to the Circuit Breaker that has been implemented since 4 April 2020, changes to delivery and collection methods will be effective from 29 April 2020 till further notice. Refer to the list below for changes to delivery and collection methods during the Circuit Breaker period.

Home Delivery: Delivery will take 5 to 10 working days.

bluPort collection: Delivery to bluPort locations will take 5 to 10 working days.

Self-collection at Tai Seng Office: Self-collection at our office will not be available during the Circuit Breaker due to building entry restrictions. Please opt for home delivery or bluPort collection until further notice.
Due to the Circuit Breaker and high demand of products through our online platform(s), please expect delays in delivery of up to 10 working days.
We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and seek your kind understanding during this crucial period for everyone.

Payment Methods
PayPal Payments

We accept PayPal payments. Log in to you PayPal account to continue paying with PayPal.
- We also accept credit card payments via PayPal. Select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". You will arrive at the "PayPal Guest Checkout" page on which you will be required to enter you card details.
Merchant Payment Gateway for Visa & MasterCard Payments
- Payments via Merchant Payment Gateway will not be available from 19 Feb 2020 onwards until further notice. Kindly make payment via PayPal. You may refer to the payment instructions above.
Refund Methods
PayPal & PayPal Credit/Debit Card Refunds
- For refunds and order cancellations, contact us via phone, email or the contact form to inform us on your refund/cancellation.
- PayPal refunds will be done within 1 working day and will be credited back to your PayPal account or debit/credit card, which ever was used for payment.
- It will take 7 to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement. Click here for more information on PayPal refunds.
Visa & MasterCard Refunds
- For refunds and order cancellations, contact us via phone, email or the contact form to inform us on your refund/cancellation.
- Debit/Credit card payments made via Merchant Payment Gateway will not be reverted via the card.
- Please provide us with your full name, bank name and bank account number. Refunds will be made via bank transfer.
- Refunds via bank transfer will take up to 14 days from the day of submission of bank details.
Order Processing & Delivery Methods
Order Processing
- Orders will processed on the next working day.
- Once processing is done, parcels will be shipped out on the next available parcel collection day for courier delivery.
- Ordered item(s) will be delivered between 5 to 10 working days from the date of processing.
- If you have not received your delivery after 10 working days, please email us at info@kinobiotech.com with your order number.
Home Delivery
- Purchases and delivery orders for Singapore only.
- Free courier delivery for orders $80 and above, after discount codes have been applied.
- Additional $10 delivery fee for orders below $80.
- Delivery timing are Mondays to Friday: 9am - 6pm, Saturdays: 9am - 4pm, excluding public holidays
- Circuit Breaker Update: Delivery will take 5 to 10 working days.
bluPort Collection
- Collect at your own convenience with over 132 automated self-collection parcel terminals. View available bluPort locations here.
- Circuit Breaker Update: Delivery will take 5 to 10 working days.
Self-collection at Tai Seng
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is ready for collection.
- Circuit Breaker Update: SELF-COLLECTION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
