I noticed that my face start to have more bumps. It has been a while since i had cystic acne. After drinking 1 bottle before bedtime, for 6 nights straight i start to have 3 cystic acne on my face. I am not sure if it has got to do with face masks or insufficient water intake but I do believe this supplement has some purging effect. Hopefully someone from the company can advise me more on this.
Nevertheless, i love the flavour! Its tasty, doesnt leave a weird bitter taste in the mouth like other drinks. Packaging and bottle looks really nice. Hopefully after my 2 months supply I will have better skin.
